Prior to his current role, Mr. Hough served in various operational executive capacities in the airline industry. Mr. Hough also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago-based non-profit Open Doors Organization, which is dedicated to providing services to persons with disabilities. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Before joining Workforce Connections, Jaime held various positions within the Tourism, Gaming and Entertainment industry sector. He was born in Lima, Peru where he earned a Mechanical Engineering degree and later sailed international waters as a Merchant Marine Officer. He immigrated to the USA in 1988 and became a naturalized citizen in 1994.

Prior to joining SWN in 2008, Joe spent 29 years working for the US Army Environmental Command (USAEC) as an Environmental Engineer / Technical Advisor.
