Jen Pajewski is the Communications and Board Relations Manager for the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board, a Pittsburgh-based non-profit organization that leads the public workforce system for the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. In this role, Jen helped lead the communications efforts to transform the organization from a small research-based organization into a public-private system that relies on analytics and grassroots outreach to make change in the community.

Dana L. Willis is currently the Center Coordinator for Workforce Solutions in Beaumont, Texas. She has served in this capacity since 2011. She has been involved in the Southeast Texas Workforce Solutions Centers for eighteen years. She has held numerous positions within the system including frontline, supervision, center management and administration. She has developed and delivered numerous program specific training for workforce center staff as well as provided technical assistance on program specific issues. Ms. Willis has provided training and made presentations regarding social media in the world of workforce development on both the local and state levels.

Bruce is a researcher, communicator, marketer, analyst, connector, and strategist for Monster Government Solutions.
