Monica Clem

Director of Career Development, Edinboro University

Monica Clem has spent nearly a decade working in various roles and functions of higher education administration and academics. For the last five years her work has focused on developing programming and systems that promote holistic and data-driven approaches to career development and student success. She currently serves as director of the center for career development and experiential learning at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and is completing her doctoral work in organizational learning and leadership.
