Traitify is seeking a business oriented psychologist with experience in I-O Psychology, Personality Psychology or other relevant areas who is comfortable working with customers and prospects, and passionate about innovation in assessment psychology.

The role will involve presenting our assessments and science to prospects and customers, and helping to onboard new customers through job analysis. You will be involved in the creation of ideal candidate profiles as well as working on various Traitify products and services relating to pre-hire assessments and training & development resources.


You will work with Traitiy’s Sales and Customer Success teams to present Traitify’s science and psychology to prospects and customers, while also helping to onboard new customers through performing job analysis and create candidate profiles. In addition, you will work directly with Traitify’s Product teams to design, build and implement new psychometrics, as well as supporting the existing range of Traitify products.


  • MS or PhD in I-O Psychology, Personality Psychology or relevant area
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills, especially in using SPSS
  • Knowledge of the testing, selection and job analysis research literature
  • 3+ years experience in a related field (test publishing, HR, TA etc.)
  • Recent experience of performing job analysis

  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles relating to assessments
