Traitify is seeking a business oriented psychologist with experience in I-O Psychology, Personality Psychology or other relevant areas who is comfortable working with customers and prospects, supporting and developing psychometric assessments, and passionate about innovation in assessment psychology.


You will be heavily involved in conducting employee/supervisor surveys, job analyses, and transportability studies as part of the customer onboarding process. You will then use your skill and expertise in the Five Factor Model of Personality, and interpreting data, to build tailored candidate job profiles. In addition, you will work directly with the Psychology Team to design, build and implement new psychometrics; as well as support the existing range of products. You will also have input into the creation of training and development resources. Finally, you will work with Traitify’s Sales and Customer Success Teams presenting our science and assessments to prospects and customers and assist with marketing materials.


  • MS or PhD in I-O Psychology, Personality Psychology or relevant area
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the testing, selection and job analysis research literature
  • Deep understanding of the FFM of Personality and of models of cognitive ability
  • 3+ years experience in a related field (test publishing, HR, TA etc).
  • Recent experience of performing commercial job analyses and transportability studies
  • Fluency in advanced statistical analysis skills, especially in using SPSS or JMP

Bonus Skills:

  • Command of Item Response (latent trait) Theory
  • Knowledge of ‘next generation’ assessment tech (AI, ML, gamification)
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles relating to assessments
