Traitify is looking for a Enterprise Account Director to join our fast growing Sales organization. The Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for driving sales of Traitify products into Fortune 1000 companies. You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, deal-making, closing and account care. The Enterprise Account Director will be supported by an Sales Development Representative to assist with opportunity creation AND a Customer Success Manager to help grow revenue with existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales Development Representative to develop a market penetration strategy
  • Conduct business needs analysis to understand client challenges and areas where Traitify can bring value
  • Collaborate with Sales Support functions (and client champions) to create client specific strategies and sales collateral based on business needs analysis
  • Present Traitify solution to C-level executives and other key stakeholders
  • Work with Sales Support functions to develop client specific implementation strategies
  • Manage lengthy procurement review process
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to develop QBRs and upsell strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Technology sales experience (HR Tech Sales preferred)
  • Experience selling multi-year contracts into Enterprise Customers
  • Experience managing enterprise procurement processes
  • Strong sales forecasting skills
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • 50% or more travel
