Traitify is looking for a Customer Success Manager to grow relationships with our valued customers, and assist any that require guidances with the use of assessments and tools. This is an exciting position with the opportunity to help shape and mold the customer success practices at Traitify from the ground up. Ideal candidates must be reliable, detail oriented, and hard-working, with the ability to communicate with both our internal team members as well as clients. Daily duties will include determining and resolving issues with clients as soon as possible, or escalating more complex and/or high priority problems when needed to appropriate support personnel for resolution or escalation path. Verifies that suggested solutions effectively resolve the users' problems through verbal or email follow up.
